Our team of mature professional experts do fully respect and adhere to the need for total client confidentiality right up to and in many cases beyond the point of acquisition and completion of sale/purchase.

Vendors Agent Confidentiality

In cases when we are dealing with an Agent or Law Firm acting on behalf of the vendor, we then extend our client confidentiality protection by mutual agreement with that body.

Letter Of Intent

In order for us to initiate our search for your required land parcel we do require a Letter Of Intent from the client on corporate/business headed paper signed by an authorised officer of the corporation/business.

In cases when the client is an individual or syndicate/group of individuals then the LOI must be signed by each member of the group and a copy of each passport must accompany that letter.

Proposal Presentations

On behalf of our client/s we produce convincing proposals to local authorities, economists, environmentalists and planning departments. Members of our team are acquainted all procedures at high levels in the majority of regions thoughout mainland Spain.

Client Profile

In the event that we are furthermore involved on behalf of our client with regard to planning permission enquiries then we would further request from you a detailed company or personal profile for submission to the relevant planning authority for their consideration. This will assist in our endeavours to obtain their confidence in our clients proposed future development schemes.
